  • Mastercard has appointed Jill Kramer as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, effective December 1, 2025, succeeding Raja Rajamannar, who will become a Senior Fellow at the company.

Mastercard has announced that Jill Kramer will join the company as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, effective December 1, 2025.

Raja Rajamannar, the current Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, will take on the role of Senior Fellow at Mastercard.

Jill most recently worked as Accenture’s Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, where she led a global, tech-driven marketing team that strengthened the brand, built market differentiation, and supported business growth across industries and regions.

Earlier, Jill led Accenture’s brand and advertising team, where she managed the company’s brand strategy, advertising campaigns, creative development, production, and media planning and buying.

Before joining Accenture in 2015, Jill held senior leadership roles at BBDO and DDB, two of the world’s leading creative agencies. She led award-winning B2B brand development, digital marketing, and communications for major brands, including AT&T and ExxonMobil.

Jill serves on the board of directors of the Ad Council and has been named one of Forbes’ Most Influential CMOs for three consecutive years. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
