Cristina Charles, who was with Carat as EVP- Growth, has decided to move on from the company. Charles was with Carat for over 2 years.
“After an incredible two-year journey with Carat, I’m excited to share that I’m stepping into a new chapter. As with any transition, I feel a mix of emotions. Excitement, nerves, restlessness…but above all, I’m filled with deep gratitude and pride for what we achieved together and the impact we made”, she said in her LinkedIn post.
Charles is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience working across various markets, industries and agency set ups, each one expanding my experience and my view of what businesses need to continue growing, evolving and delivering value to consumers.
For the past decade, Charles has led the growth operations for Publicis Groupe, including mining the affiliate network pipeline, developing macro economic forecasts, analyzing industry trends, crafting marketing strategies, and coaching our talent whether that be junior executives or CEOs.
