Prahlad Krishnamurthi, Chief Business Officer (CBO) of Cleartrip, has decided to move on. In a LinkedIn post, Prahlad Krishnamurthi announced his exit from the Flipkart Group-owned travel aggregator, adding that he has been appointed as the CEO of NextBuy, a supply chain financing solution by Bizongo.
Krishnamurthi quit Cleartrip after a nine-year stint at the company. In his new role, Krishnamurthi will lead NextBuy to provide supply chain financing for MSMEs, SMEs, and large enterprises.
“After 9 amazing years with the Flipkart family, it's time for me to take on a new challenge. I’m excited (and a little emotional) to share that I’ll be moving on from my role as Chief Business Officer at Cleartrip to become the CEO of NextBuy at Bizongo”, his LinkedIn post read.
Previously, Krishnamurthi has worked with ITC Limited, Infosys and more.
