BNW Developments has appointed Swapnil Lal as its Chief Marketing Officer.
Swapnil Lal has close to two decades of cross-sector experience.
The move comes as the company is working on expansion in Ras Al Khaimah.
Lal has a diverse portfolio spanning retail, telecom, and real estate.
He began his journey in June 2009 with Infiniti Retail Ltd. (Croma), a Tata enterprise, where he worked on national GTM strategy, product launches, and market research.
In 2015, Lal moved to Vodafone India to lead retail strategy. He later transitioned into real estate and took on a leadership role in media strategy and corporate branding at the Lodha Group.
At BNW Developments, Lal is expected to play a central role in refining market positioning and enhancing brand equity.
