Senior journalist Ajit Vijay Kumar has been appointed as the Managing Editor (Digital) at India TV.
Ajit Vijay Kumar brings nearly two decades of experience in managing digital newsrooms. Prior to joining India TV, he was associated with TV9 Network for around two years, where he served as Senior Executive Editor. He has also been a part of Times Network and Zee News in the past.
It is noteworthy that Ajit Vijay Kumar’s appointment follows the departure of senior journalist Pooja Sethi, who previously held the position of Group Editor (Digital) at India TV. Pooja Sethi has recently stepped down and is set to join Times Network soon.
Ajit Vijay Kumar’s extensive experience and expertise in digital journalism are expected to strengthen India TV’s digital presence and enhance its newsroom operations.
