Zee Board to consider fund-raising

Zee Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, April 8, to consider and approve the proposal for fund-raising, the company has informed the stock exchange.

The fund raising will be done through the issuance of equity shares / convertible bonds / debentures / warrants / preference shares / any other equity-linked securities.

According to the communication, the trading window for dealing in securities of ZEE has been closed from April 1, 2025.

In a recent development, ZEE Entertainment Enterprises earned an ESG score of 44 in the annual S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA).

The company said that the score reaffirms the company’s commitment towards implementing the best practices in sustainability across Environment, Social and Governance (ESG).

"This achievement places ZEE significantly ahead of the industry average score of 20 and ranks it amongst the top 10% of global players within the sector, underscoring the Company’s dedication to responsible business practices and sustainable growth,” stated a press release.
