Truebil launches #RescueAssamChallenge campaign in the wake of floods in the state
Truebil has rolled out a social media campaign, encouraging brands and individuals to come on board
In the wake of floods and incessant rains in Assam, Truebil has initiated a campaign to extend its support towards the victims.
As part of this initiative, Truebil has partnered with disaster relief and humanitarian aid NGO Goonj to provide aid in the form of necessities to the affected people.
The company has rolled out a social media campaign #RescueAssamChallenge, encouraging brands and individuals to come on board its drive and help the casualties. From dry food products and hygiene products to clothes, the employees of Truebil from its Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi offices are actively contributing towards the cause through such essentials.
Over 4,600 villages have submerged completely in floodwaters, forcing tens of thousands of families to seek refuge in schools and on highways and streets.
Shubh Bansal, Co-Founder, Truebil, said: “At Truebil, we have always aimed at investing our time and efforts in issues that matter. As the state of Assam witnesses its worst floods, we dedicate our energies towards helping change the state’s fate to whatever extent we can, making one contribution a time to relieve our fellow countrymen and to help them stand back on their feet again. We urge brands and people to join Truebil in this cause, as we provide these brave people with the robe of protection and care that they need and deserve. Through such help and support, we hope to make a difference in the lives of people of Assam, helping them experience a new wave of hopefulness and subsequently, prosperity.”
As part of its social media campaign, Truebil is further attempting to leverage key social media trends, ‘nominating’ brands and individuals to contribute towards the meaningful cause, thereby involving them in its drive to help the people of Assam. For more updates, be socially connected with us on
