The exchange4media Group hosted the 13th edition of Pitch Top 50 Brands at a star-studded ceremony in Gurugram on October 16. The Pitch Top 50 Brands list is an annual recognition of brands for their most impactful and innovative marketing practices across various industries. This list celebrates and honours brands, innovators, disruptors, and visionaries who are setting new standards for marketing excellence.
The winners have set benchmarks through strategic advertising, creative and impactful campaigns, and effective brand positioning. By identifying and celebrating these trailblazers, the Pitch Top 50 Brands list sets a standard for excellence in the advertising and marketing ecosystem.
The list recognises the impactful marketing practices by brands across 10 categories - The Bottom of the Pyramid, Challengers, Digital First, Evergreens, Impactful Debuts, Luxe, Newsmakers, Regionals, Resurgents and Social Contributors. The Pitch Top 50 Brands list serves as a platform to recognise the most effective, impactful, and noteworthy marketing strategies used by brands.
The brands that were honoured in ‘The Bottom of the Pyramid’ category include Flite Footwear, Paree Sanitary Pads, PhonePe, TATA Agni Tea, Vishal Mega Mart. In the ‘Challengers’ category, the winners were IDFC First Bank, Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), Sting Energy, ZYPP Electric and Zepto.
Amazon Prime Video, Blinkit, Ferns N Petals (FNP), IndiaMART, Porter, TATA Neu bagged the honour in the ‘Digital First’ category while Fevicol, Frooti, Haldiram's, Prestige, UltraTech Cement were the winners in the ‘Evergreen’ category. In the ‘Impactful Debut’ category, Acko General Insurance, Honda BigWing CB350, MG Comet EV, Mokobara, Tim Hortons and Zupee. In the ‘Luxe’ category, brands like BVLGARI, Gaurav Gupta, Harley Davidson, Manish Malhotra, Taj Lake Palace Udaipur walked away with the honour at the awards night.
Barbie, Bold Care, Dove, Swiggy and Zomato won the award in the ‘Newsmaker’ category while Bikaji Foods, Cremica, Lahori Zeera, Minimalist, Monte Carlo and Ramraj Cotton took home the honours in the ‘Regional’ category.
In the ‘Resurgent’ category, brands including Dabur Honey, Mahindra Automotive, Raymond, Savlon and TATA Motors were awarded while in the ‘Social Contributor’ category, Amul, KFC, Lijjat Papad and Whisper won the award.
The spectacular awards night was attended by some of the most influential industry leaders from the world of marketing and advertising. Some of the top industry leaders who graced the occasion include K.R. The winners of the Pitch Top 50 Brands list were selected by a distinguished advisory board. This panel, comprising industry experts and seasoned professionals, evaluated the brands based on criteria, including innovation, consumer engagement, communication effectiveness, and overall marketing impact.

This year, Pitch Top 50 Brands 2024 was presented by Laqshya Media Group, the Gold Partners were The Hindu and Aaj Tak and the Co-Partner was Radio City.
