IMPACT unveils 13th edition of '50 Most Influential Women'

The event shines a light on women leaders who are redefining industry benchmarks through their strategic acumen

Celebrating leadership, innovation and the spirit of change, the 13th edition of IMPACT’s '50 Most Influential Women' list spotlights the trailblazing women who are shaping the future of the advertising, media and marketing industries in India.

Continuing its legacy as a platform that celebrates excellence and equity, IMPACT has announced the 2025 cohort of its annual '50 Most Influential Women' list. This year marks the 13th edition of the prestigious recognition, shining a light on women leaders who are redefining industry benchmarks through their strategic acumen, creative leadership and disruptive thinking.

This initiative, under the banner 'The Power of Her', not only acknowledges individual accomplishments but also highlights the collective force women bring to the table as they transform brands, challenge conventions and inspire the next generation of leaders.

Dr Annurag Batra, Founder of the exchange4media Group and Editor-in-Chief of IMPACT, said, “The IMPACT Top 50 Women is the most aspirational list for women leaders in our industry and with a jury-led process chaired by Mr Sam Balsara, the IMPACT Top 50 Women leaders have been trailblazers.”

Gour Gupta, Founder of Tribes Communication, which powers the IMPACT 50 Under 50 initiative in 2025 and has been a longstanding partner for the property, said, “The marketing, advertising, communication and media industry is luckily driven by lots of women leaders and they are the backbone of this industry and even at Tribes we have nurtured women leaders.”
