Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) - one of India’s largest FMCG companies – has announced the elevation of Dinesh Jadhav as Executive Director and Head of Supply Chain. He succeeds Sanjay Sharma, who after serving the Company for almost 19 years, has decided to pursue opportunities outside the organisation.

Announcing the appointment, Christina Ruggiero, CEO, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, said, “We are excited to have Dinesh Jadhav take on this role and am confident that he will leverage his rich experience of over two decades to usher in a culture of agility and innovation across our very large manufacturing organisation. We are transforming ourselves into a total beverage company that has expertise in producing a variety of beverages, is digitally savvy, nimble and is integrated with the local community.”

She added, “I can’t thank Sanjay Sharma enough for his role in making Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, one of the largest beverage manufacturers in the country. I wish him well for the future.”

Jadhav has been a part of HCCB for over two decades. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Manufacturing Operations at HCCB. He has handled several assignments of increasing responsibility in manufacturing, infrastructure planning and supply chain. He has also served as the General Manager of the Company’s Sri Lanka operations for a year. Prior to HCCB, he worked at Larsen & Toubro.

Jadhav replaces Sanjay Sharma who helped build HCCB into a manufacturing organisation of significant scale. He instituted systems and transformational processes that have given HCCB the ability to serve customer requirements all across the country.
