Eros International has appointed Rafiq Gangjee as its new CMO. Previously this role was carried out by Prerna Singh, who has now moved to the content team as VP - Talent & Short Films. She served as CMO of Eros since June 2014.
Eros International confirmed the development to exchange4media. "Rafiq Gangjee has joined us as Chief Marketing Officer and Prerna Singh will commence her new role of being part of Eros Now’s Content Team as VP - Talent & Short Films," informed a spokesperson.
Gangjee was earlier with Yash Raj Films where he served as Vice President, Marketing and Communications. He had joined the production house in 2007 as GM Marketing during which he worked in over 30 movies including ‘Ek Tha Tiger', ‘Dhoom 3’ and ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ amongst others. He quit YRF in 2015.  Prior to YRF, he was with Balaji Telefilms as Vice President. He also runs his own consultancy firm, Zabardast Communications, which he started in 1989.
