Dharma Cornerstone Agency (DCA)—the joint venture between Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Bunty Sajdeh’s Cornerstone Sport and Entertainment—has undergone a restructuring, with both partners choosing to pursue independent strategies, media networks have reported.
e4m reported on November 10 that Bunty Sajdeh, the man behind Cornerstone and co-founder of DCA, is set to launch his own independent talent management company.

According to reports, Dharma is acquiring Cornerstone’s 45% stake in the talent management LLP. Dharma will reportedly assume complete ownership and control of the entity.
Dharma Cornerstone Agency manages actors like Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan and Tiger Shroff.
Sajdeh has managed sports icons like Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma.
