JWT Delhi has won back the Unitech creative business that it had lost to Mudra about three months ago. The news was confirmed by Paromita Sengupta, Deputy General Manager, Corporate Communication, Unitech. The account size is pegged in the region of Rs 10 crore.

The Madras High Court has expressed the view that in these days when MNCs marketed their products in the country, it was high time that the `comparative advertisement' (comparing one's product with that of the competitor) was to be curtailed. Such "curtailment/ban" was to be brought out by suitable amendment to the MRTP Act and the Code for Commercial Advertising on Doordarshan and other satellite television channels and other media.
Endemol N.V. has announced the launch of its first subsidiary in Asia – Endemol India. The entity officially launches on January 2, 2006 and will be based in Mumbai. Rajesh Kamat, who was previously Senior Vice-President and Executive Committee member of STAR India, has come on board as Managing Director.
