Since its inception in 2014, the agency has carved a unique space in the industry by filling the gap between strategy, creativity, and communications. 1. What was the core concept or inspiration behind starting PRtainment? How has your journey been in the last decade to becoming India’s rising PR agency?

My communications career started off in my 20s, driven by a passion for storytelling and brand strategy. From day one, I noticed the great disparity between well-crafted strategic plans and running actual campaigns, much more so in how innovative brands were interacting with customers on an emotional scale. This experience pushed me to start PRtainment Media as a way of filling the gap between strategy, creativity, and communications.

Since 2014, when I started PRtainment, it has been a challenging but fulfilling ride. It began as a boutique operation and today is a full-fledged PR consulting firm with national reach. We have expanded in the last ten years organically, holding on to clients in healthcare, education, lifestyle, and tech, building a robust network of media and influencer connections in the process. Becoming a private limited company in 2019 marked a significant milestone, and our growth trajectory since then has been steep. We have built a culture of responsibility, innovation, and intuition. PRtainment has emerged as one of India's new-generation PR agencies, built on results, persistence, and trust.

2. What sets your agency apart in terms of market insight, execution, and results?

At PRtainment, our strength is combining strategy driven by insight with execution that is innovative, efficient, and results-driven. 3. What do you believe has been the agency's biggest contribution to the communications industry so far?

One of our strengths lies in simplifying strategic PR and offering value-based engagement, which has made professional PR more accessible across industry sizes. 4. How do you plan to sustain and shape the future of communications in India and globally?

We are investing heavily in analytics, content intelligence, and AI-driven media monitoring to build sharper strategies and provide real-time insights to our customers.

Global communication trends are changing fast, and we wish to continue to be leaders by reskilling our talent, embracing hybrid models of engagement, and forming cross-border media partnerships. By adopting the glocal mindset and rethinking global strategies with local interpretation, we are poised to enable Indian brands to go global and international brands to come to India.

Our five-year strategy includes expanding regional presence through strategic alliances and expanding sector expertise. Internally, we are cultivating leadership, creativity, and wellness as the foundation for establishing an agency for the future.

This award is a recognition of the sheer hard work of our team, clients' trust, and commitment to creating new standards in communications.
