Asianet News Media's COO Samarth Sharma has decided to step down. As per news reports, he is leaving to take a short break.
Samarth Sharma has been with the news organisation for more than four years and was elevated as COO in January 2023.
He was in charge of managing Asianet's operations, global revenue and partnerships.
News reports quoted Sharma as saying that he was going to take a few months to spend time with his family before embarking on the next professional chapter.
