Himanshu Yagnik, the Chief Operating Officer, of Essel Group’s education company ZEE Learn has stepped down from his role, according to the company BSE filings.
Yagnik tendered his resignation on September 6, 2024, which is also his last working day with the company.
Yagnik stepped down to pursue interests outside the organisation.
"After a long association, I have decided to move out to pursue my interests outside the organization. I sincerely request that you kindly accept this letter as formal notification of my resignation from my position as Chief Operating Officer of Zee Learn Limited," said Yagnik in a letter to the CEO.
Following his exit, ZEE Learn shares reportedly dropped 2% in early trade on September 9.
