Chawla's signature talk show airs on India News on Sundays and Mondays at 9.30 PM and 3.30 PM, respectively. The show was earlier telecast on IBN7 as 'Teekhi Baat'

Prabhu Chawla's 'Sachchi Baat' now on India News

Well-known journalist and Editor Prabhu Chawla will present his signature talk show, now called ‘Sachchi Baat’, on India News from the ITV Network. The show airs on India News on Sundays and Mondays at 9.30 PM and 3.30 PM, respectively. So far, the show has featured Akhilesh Yadav, Rajnath Singh and Baba Ramdev.

In its earlier avatar, ‘Sachchi Baat’ was telecast on IBN7 as ‘Teekhi Baat’ and was on air for two and a half years.

Chawla had started his talk show, ‘Seedhi Baat’, on Aaj Tak when he was part of the India Today Group. He then started his talk show, called ‘Sachchi Baat’, on ETV when he left the Indian Today Group. He later began presenting ‘Teekhi Baat’ on IBN7.

He had started his journalistic career with India Today and then joined The Indian Express. He later rejoined India Today, first as Editor of the Hindi edition, and then the English edition as well.

In ‘Sachchi Baat Prabhu ke Saath’, the veteran journalist continues to interview the most significant people on crucial and burning issues. He takes up relevant questions around the most news worthy topics to present a clear picture and scenario of Indian politics to the audience.
