Zee News sets up network Editorial Board

In preparation for the changing industry landscape, Zee News has decided to integrate its news process and encourage collaboration among the news channels.

As part of this process, Zee News has constituted a network Editorial Board. A key responsibility of this Editorial Board is to provide continuous self direction and self governance on journalistic ethics and norms of code of conduct.

The organisation appointed Rakesh Khar, Vasindra Mishra, Mihir Bhatt, Deep Upadhayay, Mohit Shankar Tewari, Saikat Datta and Swati Chaturvedi as members of the Editorial Board. More editors will be appointed to this Board soon.

Alok Agrawal, CEO, Zee News, said that the Editorial Board is empowered and will work out its mechanics of operations in keeping with the larger agenda of first steps towards a seamless and respected news cluster.
