Week 21 ratings: Star Plus, Sab TV register gains in viewership

As per the ratings data sourced from TAM subscribers for Week 21 (May 18-24) of 2014, there was a slight shift in the audience towards the GEC genre again.

Star Plus almost touched the 700-million TVT mark, recording 699 million TVTs in Week 21 as opposed to 681 million TVTs in the previous week.

Zee TV continued at No. 2 with 387 million TVTs, which was less than 394 million TVTs recorded in Week 20.

Colors was placed at third position with gross viewership of 360 million TVTs in Week 21 as compared to 367 million TVTs in the previous week.

Life OK stood at No. 4 with 333 million TVTs, a decline in its gross viewership from the previous week’s 354 million TVTs.

Sony Entertainment Television saw no change in its gross viewership, which remained the same as last week’s at 313 million TVTs. The channel continued to be in the fifth position.

Sab TV, on the other hand, saw an increase in its viewership to 267 million TVTs as compared to 258 million TVTs in Week 20.
