Subhash Chandra steps down as Director & Non-Executive Chairman Zee Media

According to a report on BSE, Zee Media announced that its board meeting held on 24 May took on record the resignation of Dr. Subhash Chandra as director and non-executive chairman of the company with effect from 24 May.

As per the report, Dr. Chandra has stepped down from the post of director and non-executive chairman of Zee Media and R K Arora has been appointed as the CEO as an additional director of the company with immediate effect.

The company also has a strong offering in the regional language domain with channels such as Zee Marathi, Zee Bangla, Zee Telugu, Zee Kannada, Zee Talkies and Zee Cinema.
