Pradeep Parameswaran appointed as CEO of DEN Networks

Pradeep Parameswaran has been appointed as the CEO of DEN Networks Ltd. The company has informed BSE on the approval received from the Board of Directors with regards to his appointment. Parameswaran will be replacing the SN Sharma who left in September 2014

Prior to this Parameswaran worked with McKinsey and Co where was Partner and was leading the Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT) practice in India and of the Asian Operations and Technology function for TMT for a period of 7 years. He also worked as a consultant in the same organisation for 7 years prior to that.

His other stints include working in A.T. Kearney and Hindustan Unilever.
