The Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (MIB) has granted permanent registration for 10 years to 112 multi system operators (MSOs) to operate in Digital Addressable System (DAS).
This latest list of MSOs is as on August 22, 2014.
Among the prominent MSOs that have been granted permanent registration are Digi Cable Network India, Den Network, Star Broadband Services, Indusind Media and Communication, Asianet Satellite Communications, and Hathway Cable & Datacom, among others.
Following is the complete list of the 112 MSOs that have got permission, along with the areas and the date from which the permission has been granted, as listed by the MIB website:
