Kedar Teny joins SPN as Senior VP, Marketing & OAP

Kedar Teny has joined Sony Pictures Network (SPN) on June 5 as Senior VP, Marketing &OAP, as confirmed by industry sources. He will be reporting to Rajesh Kaul, President, Distribution and Sports Business, SPN, and will be taking care of marketing and promotions for SPN’s nine sports channels.

Teny was earlier with McDonalds’s India (Hardcastle Restaurants) (West and South) as Director Marketing and Digital for nearly three years. He started his career in advertising and worked on many iconic brands at Lowe Worldwide in India and South East Asia and thereon made the shift to Marketing at Airtel and then Unilever. He brings with him 17 years of extensive experience in the field of Brand Management, Strategic Planning and Advertising.

Teny holds a Masters in Business Administration, with a specialisation in Marketing, from the Institute of Management Studies, Indore.
