Govt provides X- Category security to Zee News Editor Sudhir Chaudhary

Zee News Editor Sudhir Chaudhary who had allegedly tried to extort money from industrialist Naveen Jindal, gets X- Category security from the government.

Chaudhary had been arrested for the allegation in 2012. He had tried to purportedly extort Rs 100 crore from Jindal and the latter had then released tapes to the police.

Media report suggest that personnel from Jindal’s office claimed to have received a phone call, allegedly threatening to frame Jindal after murdering Chaudhary.

Talking to exchange4media, Sudhir Chaudhary said, ”I am a journalist and I am doing my story. I have always stood by truth and you  can see it through the popularity of my show DNA.
