Focus TV Haryana shuts down operations

We reported last month that Naveen Jindal was looking to wind up Focus TV operations and had already struck a deal for Focus TV Haryana. 

In a latest development, the organisation has shut down its operations from July 01, 2015.

Editor in Chief, Focus TV Haryana, Ritesh Lakhi posted the following on his Facebook page:

 “Every great phenomenon comes to end! With scintillation unmatched in the regional space Focus Haryana, the leader, all set for a 'great' close down. An effort that will not be comparable in the times to comes. An example that would take the best of the best to match! Proud to be part of a great team, a great effort. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!”

Industry sources also informed exchange4media that via an internal e-mail, Focus Haryana’s employees were informed that the channel would shut down on July 1. They were asked not to come to the office thence.
