Colors continues to lead urban market; Rishtey reclaims top spot in rural market: BARC Week 6 Ratings

According to BARC data for week 6 (February 4-10) Colors continued to lead the urban market with 427 million impressions while Rishtey reclaimed its first spot in the rural market with 328 million impressions.

Collectively too, Colors took the first spot garnering 625 million impressions followed by Star Plus (609 million impressions) at the second spot and Rishtey (437 million impressions) at the third spot.

Urban Market

Colors continues to reign the urban market with 427 million impressions as against the 445 million impressions it fetched the previous week.

Star Plus was at the second spot with 427 million impressions compared to 434 million impressions it had in week 5.

Sony Entertainment Television held on to its third spot with improved 282 million impressions as against 263 million impressions in week 5.

Sony SAB again moved to the fourth spot garnering 244 million impressions as against week 5’s 248 million impressions.

Even Life Ok was elavated to fifth spot with 240 million impressions.

Rural Market

Rishtey reinstated its first spot in the rural market with 328 million impressions, as against Week 5’s 299 million impressions.

Star Utsav slipped back to its second spot with 298 million impressions as against its 302 million impressions it fetched in week 5.

Zee Anmol maintained its third position with improved 286 million impressions as against the 284 million impressions it fetched in week 5.

Even Sony Pal held on to its fourth position managing 260 million impressions compared to fifth week’s 225 million impressions.

Colors moved to fifth spot by fetching 198 million impressions.
