BARC Ratings: Colors becomes most watched Hindi GEC in week 16

In week 16 (16-22 April, 2016) of the BARC Ratings, Colors acquired the top spot pushing Star Plus to the second spot in week 16. Star Plus slipped down to the second spot as it witnessed a fall in the ratings. Life OK also, slipped down to No.6 from No.4 as a result of dip in the ratings.

Colors acquired the top spot pushing Star Plus to the second spot in week 16. The channel garnered 670 million ratings which were 674 in week 15.

Star Plus slipped down to the second spot with 628 million ratings. The channel was at No.1 with 700 million ratings in week 15.

 Zee TV remained at No.3 with 539 million ratings, less than previous week’s 554 million.

Sony Pal climbed to the fourth spot with 531 million ratings. The channel was at No.5 with 511 ratings in week 15.

Zee Anmol stood at No.5 with 513 million ratings. The channel was at No.6 with 489 million ratings in the previous week.

Life OK which was at No.4 in previous week came down to No.6 in week 16. The channel witnessed a dip in ratings from 519 million to 452 million in week 16.

The seventh spot was acquired by Rishtey which garnered 435 million ratings. The channel had 456 million ratings in the previous week.

Star Utsav remained at No.8 with 419 million ratings. The channel had 405 million ratings in week 15.

At No.9 stood Sony SAB with 359 million ratings which were 375 in the previous week. Whereas, Sony Entertainment Television stayed at No.10 with 278 million ratings which were 296 in week 15.
