Law & Kenneth bags Rs 50-cr creative account of Unitech Real Estate

Law & Kenneth has won the creative duties of realty brand Unitech following a multi-agency pitch. The account is worth nearly Rs 50 crore. The account was with JWT for 6-7 years, and around 2007 Ogilvy India was working on the account as well.

Commenting on the win, Anil Nair, President, Law & Kenneth, said, “Unitech has decided to consolidate all projects and businesses under the real estate vertical with Law & Kenneth. Unitech has aggressive expansion plans and they wanted a fresher and multi-faceted creative as well as strategic solution for the brand. Law & Kenneth offered exactly that and clinched the deal. Law & Kenneth has done work on project basis for the real estate segment, but nothing on a scale basis like Unitech. The account will be serviced by teams both from Delhi and Mumbai. While Delhi will be the lead team, there will be sufficient backing from the Mumbai team as well.”
