Marketing has become too much about process and not enough about inspiration, ideas and passion. Creativity has been outsourced to agencies, as if creativity is only possible in communication. The result is me-too marketing strategies which lead to poor business results. Preparations for GoaFest 2011 have begun. Leading the festival this time is Lintas Media Group’s Chairperson and Vice President, Advertising Agencies Association of India (AAAI), Lynn de Souza. The event is planned for April 7, 8 and 9, 2011. The Industry Conclave will take place on April 7, 2011, followed by two days of GoaFest. It is understood that the venue this year would be South Goa.
