Ushak Kaal has bagged the creative duties for Parsvnath Developers Ltd and Sugandh Tea. With these acquisitions, Ushak Kaal has acquired Rs 20 crore of business and is soon expected to add another Rs 10 crore in its kitty through its aggressive pitches expectedly in the branded lifestyle segment.

Parsvnath Developers is a well-known name in the real estate industry with projects worth more than Rs 10,000 crore. The company is expected to come out with an IPO soon.

The agency has also been assigned the Metro Mall projects. Ushak Kaal CEO, Raaj Hiremath said, “We have got eight Metro Mall projects in Delhi. We will have a 360-degree campaign involving print, TVC, outdoors, direct mailers, brochures, etc. We have already put up hoarding at strategic places. The print ads will come in all the main dailies as the malls come up. A TVC will be released in a couple of months’ time.”

Hiremath added, “The agency would like to deliver good creative content and be known for its work in the branded retail category. Our team is really excited with the new projects and is bullish in its approach due to various lifestyle brands entering the Indian market and is in dialogue with some of them.”

Ushak Kaal has also bagged the Sugandh Tea account. Sugandh Tea is a fine blend of aroma tea to be launched in the Northern Indian market next month. Commenting on the account win, Hiremath said, “The Sugandh Tea campaign is an interesting mix of print and outdoors. Print ads will begin appearing in the main dailies from next month.”

The agency is already in talks with another renowned real estate developer for outsourcing of job work from the US market to provide creative consultancy and implementation of resources.
