Cartoon Network has undergone a channel ‘refresh’ to signify “vibrancy and the fresh approach” of its premise - ‘It’s a fun thing’. Monica Tata, General Manager, Entertainment Networks, South Asia Turner International India elaborates.
Turner International has promoted Monica Tata to VP and GM- Entertainment Networks, South Asia and Siddharth Jain to VP and GM – Distribution & Business Operations, South Asia. In another development, the company has also appointed Dhawal Katkar as Director, Marketing & PR South Asia.
To promote the new series of ‘Ben 10’, Cartoon Network has tied up with Cadbury’s and McDonalds to reach out to the consumers. Even in the online space, the channel is going all out to reach out to its core audience by letting them create a party kit around the popular cartoon character.
