Prabhu Chawla, Editorial Director, The New Indian Express, will be back on TV from January 15, 2011. Speaking to exchange4media, Chawla said that he had signed a deal with a channel to host a talk show. In another development, Chawla’s column ‘Ask Prabhu’ is now shifted to www.expressbuzz.com.
Well known journalist and Editor (Languages) at the India Today Group, Prabhu Chawla, is set to move out of the group. Industry sources have confirmed that Chawla is joining The New Indian Express newspaper. While it is not known what would be Chawla’s designation, he will be replacing Aditya Sinha, who is joining DNA as Editor-in-Chief from January 17, 2011.
Mail Today completes its third year in the industry today. The newspaper was launched on November 16, 2007 for the Delhi masses by the India Today Group, in collaboration with Associated Newspaper. To commemorate this occasion, the newspaper has brought out a 96-page mega-issue that highlights the ‘Pacesetters’ of India.
