Mudra wins creative and media mandates for Inorbit Malls

Close on the heels of winning the Femina account, Mudra Mumbai has won the creative and media duties of Inorbit Malls. The win comes in the wake of a multi-agency pitch. However, neither the other agencies in fray for the business nor the account size could be ascertained at the time of filing the report.

Commenting on the win, Arijit Ray, EVP & Head, Mudra Mumbai, said, “Mudra has a fair bit of experience in the retail space, and Inorbit is one of the pioneers as far as large multi-format malls are concerned in the western region. We look forward to working very closely with the Inorbit team to create a meaningful communication charter for the brand.”

Speaking on the association, Kishore Bhatija, CEO, Inorbit Malls, said, “We are happy to have Mudra on board as our advertising agency. Inorbit has always been at the fore to proactively involve our customers through thoughtful and innovative communication, and Mudra will help contribute to it. With this association, we hope to build a better personal connect with our patrons. We are excited and looking forward to our experience with Mudra.”

Inorbit Mall, one of India’s largest retail chains, brings together the best national and international brands under one roof. Inorbit Mall currently has two malls in Mumbai region – in Malad and Vashi. The retail chain will be expanding to Hyderabad, Pune and Bangalore soon.

It may be recalled that Mudra Mumbai had ended last year on a high note with some big business wins and has followed it with significant business developments this year as well, which includes Femina and World Gold Council.
