ATN restrained from using logo

Modi Group Company has obtained an ad interim injunction against ATN International Ltd. (Asia Television Network Limited) restraining it from using the logo “ATN” in connection with their ATN Bangla channel. Modi has alleged that ATN issued post-dated cheques to Modi which bounced, thereby defrauding Modi of crores of rupees. Thereafter, Modi took resort to legal proceedings and obtained a decree against ATN and Mr Srivastava and also attached their trademark and copyright and the said logo “ATN”.
