Coca-Cola India said that it would not change the Thums Up advertisement featuring the punchline `Yeh Dil Maange More' despite the copyright claim by rival Pepsi.
Coke's claims, coming at the beginning of the peak summer season, assumes significance since Pepsi slapped a legal notice on Coke about more than a month ago claiming `Yeh Dil Maange More' as its original punchline and that its use by any other company amounted to copyright infringement.
Meanwhile Coke on Sunday also announced a number of new ads covering its entire brand portfolio - Coca-Cola, Thumps Up, Limca as well as Sprite - which will be released shortly.
