In the week gone by we put the Spotlight on Norm Johnston, Global CEO Mindshare FAST & Global Chief Digital Officer at Mindshare, talking about the third wave of digital disruption across the world. In addition to her role as chief transformation officer of Group M, Lindsay Pattison has now been named chief transformation officer of entire WPP group with responsibility for getting its agencies to work more closely together for its top 50 clients. Wanting to simplify the workings of WPP, CEO Sir Martin Sorrell is terming this strategy "horizontality".
