RAM Ratings: Big FM continues to be No.1 in Mumbai with Radio City at second spot

The RAM ratings for week 46 (November 22-28, 2015) are out with Big FM 92.7 staying in the first spot in Mumbai. Fever FM continues to lead in Delhi while Radio Mirchi continues its lead in Kolkata. In Bangalore, Radio City continues being on the No.1 spot.


Big FM continued to be at the No.1 spot in week 48 with 18.1 per cent market share and 6.24 TSL. Radio City remained at No.2 with a rise in market share from 16.5 per cent to 16.7 per cent and but its TSL came down to 5.07 from 5.22 in week 47. Fever FM with further decline in its market share from 15.6 per cent to 15 per cent is in No.3 this week with 6.48 TSL. Radio Mirchi remained at No.4 with a rise in its market share from 12.6 per cent to 13.2 per cent this week and 4.2 TSL.


Fever FM retained its No.1 position and took home 20.5 per cent market share, more than last week’s 19.7 per cent and 4.54TSL. Radio Mirchi held on to its second spot like week 47 with exactly the same market share of 14.7 per cent though the TSL has declined to 3.43. Big FM at No.3 also earned exactly 12.1 per cent market share like last week with 3.34 TSL. Radio City after being on the fifth spot last week has replaced last week’s No.4 Red FM with market share 11.2 per cent, higher than last week’s 10.3 per cent and 3.28 TSL. Red FM with declined market share of 10.4 per cent and 2.5 TSL has slipped down to No.5 in week 48.


In Kolkata, Radio Mirchi remained at No.1, though; its market share further declined to 18.6 per cent from 18.7 per cent last week with 4.25 TSL. Fever FM replaced Big FM to acquire the second position with 15 per cent market share and 5.1 TSL, higher than Radio Mirchi. Big FM with 14.3 per cent market share and 4.57 TSL has slipped down to No.3 this week.


Like week 47, Radio City continued to top the chart in Bangalore with 22.8 per cent market share, higer than last week’s 22.2 per cent market share with 9.59 TSL which is marginally less than last week’s 10.08. Big FM continued to be on the second spot with 21.1 per cent market share and 8.35 TSL. The third spot was claimed by Radio Mirchi with 16.2 per cent market share, less than last week’s 16.4 per cent .And it earned 7.54 TSL, more than last week’s 7.52 TSL. At the fourth position stood Fever FM with a rise in market share from 14 per cent to 14.3 per cent and 9.02TSL.
