Big FM’s RJ Dheena attempts to be on-air for 92.7 hours

Big FM Chennai’s RJ Dheena, who hosts ‘Big Vanakkam’, is set to attempt a unique on-air marathon, which will last for 92.7 hours. He will start his attempt on August 20 at 3 pm and end on August 23 at 11:07 am.

Dheena has been preparing himself for this marathon both physically and mentally, and has been undertaking several fitness, yoga and meditation classes to ensure the highest levels of patience, commitment and focus.

During the show, the other RJs will travel to different parts of Chennai and interact with the public, wherein they can speak to Dheena and check on his progress.

Speaking about his endeavour, Dheena said, “It is great that me and my listeners will be together through the days and nights, keeping each other company.”

Speaking about Dheena’s attempt for this record, Zarine Menon, Station Manager, Big FM Chennai, said, “Dheena has reached the heights of becoming the most popular RJ in Chennai because of his sheer hard work, focus and dedication. I am sure that he will give all his attention and energy to attempt and succeed in this unique record.”
