A R Rahman is WorldSpace’s new brand ambassador

A R Rahman has become the new brand ambassador of satellite-based digital radio service WorldSpace. As part of the company’s advertising and promotional activity designed to reach music lovers across the country, Rahman will produce an exclusive WorldSpace song and endorse Worldspace products.

Since his introduction to Indian cinema, Rahman has composed stirring music and soundtracks for innumerable films, from ‘Roja’ to ‘Rang de Basanti’. He has helped introduce a new ambience to Indian cinema and is a leading contributor to the Indian film industry’s crossover appeal.
