Ferns N Petals, a leading flower retail chain in India, has partnered with 20:20 MSL to build brand awareness and manage its reputation as the company looks to intensify its tier II and tier III presence in India, strengthen its online retail presence and expand overseas.

20:20 MSL's seven offices across India will work with Ferns N Petals on a nationwide mandate, spearheaded by 20:20 MSL’s NCR office in New Delhi. The agency has been tasked with drawing on its strategic communications expertise to creatively engage consumers and India online retail industry stakeholders.

Commenting on the appointment, Amrit Ahuja, Vice President, 20:20 MSL said, “Retail is a fast growing sector in India and Ferns N Petals is an exciting brand to partner with in such an environment. According to a recent report by the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) the online retail industry in India is predicted to be worth Rs 7,000 crore by 2015 as a result of easy availability of broadband services, increasing internet penetration and rise in disposable incomes. We look forward to helping Ferns N Petals grow its online presence.”

On choosing 20:20 MSL, Vikaas Gutgutia, Managing Director, Ferns N Petals said, “We were interested in working with an agency that could partner us in our growth. 20:20 MSL’s deep public relations expertise, knowledge of emerging markets and capability to seamlessly implement national campaigns will be invaluable in strengthening our presence in India’s retail sector and expanding into overseas markets.”
