StyleKandy brings out official onsite newsletter of Lakme Fashion Week for second consecutive season has brought out the official onsite print publication of the Lakme Fashion Week for the second consecutive season. The overwhelming response to the inaugural issue of during the Lakme Fashion Week in October 2006 prompted IMG to partner with again.

The Lakme Fashion Week onsite print publication featured complete coverage of the Lakme Fashion Week Fall-Winter 2007-08 shows, including updates from the runways, post-show party reports, previews, interviews, picks of the day, diaries of supermodels, trend reports. Six thousand copies were printed overnight and distributed the following morning at the venue on all of the days of the fashion extravaganza.

The daily newsletter got advertisements from brands like Chivas Regal, Swarovski, Gitanjali Jewellers and Allen Solly.

The 16-page daily was printed overnight and distributed to all participants and guests the following morning, before the first show kicked off. The magazine was published on all five days of Lakme Fashion Week Fall-Winter 2007-08 that was held at NCPA.”

The first issue focussed on collection previews, trend report, diaries of models Indrani Dasgupta and Muzamil Ibrahim, and an introduction to the new face of Lakme: Vipasha. Subsequent issues carried runway reviews, post-show parties, celebrity encounters with Sushmita Sen and Yana Gupta, and notes from participants.
