Exposure Media to launch an adventure title in August

Exposure Media Marketing Pvt Ltd, publishers of ‘Xpressions’, the in-flight magazine of Air Sahara, is planning to come out with two magazines, ‘Action Asia’ and ‘Designer’. While ‘Action Asia’ will be launched by August-end, the company refused to share any details about the other title, ‘Designer’.

‘Action Asia’ has been positioned as a magazine for adventure-loving, action-oriented young professionals, who are willing to take risks in life. The magazine will take into account all kinds of adventurous and exciting activities and destinations across the world like river rafting and windsurfing safaris.

Explaining the need for coming up with the title, Parineeta Sethi, Publisher and Chief Editor, Exposure Media, said, “Adventure travel has more than doubled over the years and the consumer is hungry to know more about the opportunities available. There is no other magazine that gives such a comprehensive understanding about this rapidly growing segment.”

Targeted at young professionals, the bi-monthly magazine was priced at Rs 50 and would be having an initial circulation of 35,000 copies, informed Sethi. For the record, ‘Action Asia’ is already present in South East Asia for the last 14 years and has a circulation of 45,000 copies.

The magazine will be promoted through cross-promotional activities, besides, the outdoor medium will be explored.
