Navin Shah replaces Sanjay Bhutiani as P9 Integrated CEO, to join on December 12

After just over a year and two months, Sanjay Bhutiani has decided to move on from Percept Group’s P9 Integrated. The venture that aimed at providing solutions to the entertainment industry was set up with Bhutiani as the first boss, when he joined them from Leo Entertainment.

However, development has already taken place on this front and P9 has a new supervisor in Navin Shah, who comes from Broadmind, the entertainment division of GroupM. Shah joins P9 operations beginning next week.

Under Bhutiani, P9 had developed a propriety communication model that includes key aspects such as campaign development, web design and management, in-film placement, media planning and buying, public relations and related events and promotions. For Bhutiani, the job meant a “career leap”. He has not decided on destination next, but sources informed that we would hear on that shortly.

Shah was hitherto heading Broadmind Entertainment, and prior to that was a Planning Director with MindShare, another GroupM division. At the time of filing the report, neither Percept officials nor Bhutiani were available for comments.
