Kohler Co, a global leader in kitchen and bath design and technology, has appointed Salil Sadanandan to lead its business in India as Managing Director – Kitchen & Bath India, effective January 2012.
In his new role, Sadanandan will develop and implement business strategies to meet or exceed the company’s growth, market share and profitability objectives. He will also further establish the Kohler brand as a global and local market leader.
In his most recent role, Sadanandan had served as Business Lead for HT Media Ltd, publisher of The Hindustan Times and other media products.
Sadanandan comes to Kohler with significant experience and a proven track record. He has spent 22 years in sales and marketing leadership roles in diverse categories and industries and has successfully led large national businesses in India.
“I’m confident that his experience in business development, brand management and manufacturing, along with his accomplished strategic vision and business sense, will prove valuable to Kohler Co in driving our Kitchen & Bath business forward in India,” said President of the Kohler Kitchen & Bath Group.
