Kavitha Srinivasan joins OMD Chennai as consultant

After strengthening the core team with several key appointments, OMD Chennai has now roped in Kavitha Srinivasan as consultant. Srinivasan had recently quit Lodestar Chennai as consultant.

Srinivasan has nearly 14 years’ experience in the media industry. She had joined Lodestar Chennai in April 2009 and had handled Club Mahindra, Indian Terrain, Stylz Spa and TTK-LIG.

Prior to joining Lodestar, she was Business Director at Mindshare’s Chennai branch and had been handling accounts such as Sun DTH, Kirtilals, Tulsyan NEC and Ananda Vikatan. Srinivasan was heading MindShare’s Coimbatore branch before becoming Business Director at the Chennai branch. She had earlier worked with The Media Edge (TME) and Interactions. In the course of her career, she has also handled brands such as Ford Fiesta, Parryware Roca and TTK Healthcare.

It may be recalled that OMD Chennai had recently bolstered its team with the appointments of Siraj (Business Director), Majid Khan, Murali Krishnan, Kavitha, and Balaji, among others.
