Devraj Sanyal has been promoted as CEO of PDM India. He replaces Preeta Singh who quit the organization in May 2007. Sanyal has been COO of PDM since he joined the agency in January 2004. Singh’s future destination is not yet known.

As CEO, Sanyal will now run all PDM India businesses with a special focus on integrating the various group businesses such as mainstream advertising, content, talent, PR and OOH to bring about an experiential edge.

Commenting on his elevation, Sanyal said, “I am honoured to lead India’s premier experiential marketing company with an amazing team which has stood by me through thick and thin in these few past years. I look forward to taking PDM to the next level and establishing it not just as India’s best but a global name in the field of experiential marketing.”

Said Shailendra Singh, Joint MD, Percept Holdings, “Devraj has the experience and has had the exposure in the field of experiential marketing and we are confident that PDM will grow even further under his able leadership.”

Sharing her thoughts on quitting PDM, Singh said, “I quit as I didn’t find the relevance of the assignment given to me.” She has decided to go back to Delhi and refrained from commenting about her future plans.
