Future Media India Ltd, the media company from the Future Group, has further strengthened its team. The company has roped in Vijay Koshy as its National Sales Head, Nikhil Sheth as Business Head for Future TV, Print and Cinema units, and Rajneesh Jauhari as Regional Head (West & East). Sandip Tarkas, President - Customer Strategy, Future Group & CEO, Future Media, has confirmed the appointments.

Tarkas said, “Nikhil wanted to do something different now and go off from the sales responsibility completely. Hence, we have appointed him as Business Head for Television, Print & Cinema verticals. We believe that these are potential properties for the media entity. Nikhil will henceforth look after creating new content and distribution plans for these properties.”

Koshy, who takes on Nikhil Sheth’s role, will be responsible for overall sales and revenue management of the company. Tarkas added, “We are thrilled to get Vijay as he brings with him an experience of 18 years spanning media planning, buying and revenue responsibilities across companies like Lintas, GroupM, Star TV and ESPN.”

Prior to joining Future Media, Sheth was Network Head at National Geographic Channel Network India Pvt Ltd, where he was handling Business and Sales Strategy for the National Geographic Channel and The History Channel.
