Big FM appoints Sailesh Bijlani as Cluster Head, Maharashtra and Goa

Big FM has roped in Sailesh Bijlani as its Cluster Head for Maharashtra and Goa. Bijlani will be replacing Neerja Dhillon, Station Director - Mumbai, Big FM and will be spearheading the operations of Big FM for Mumbai, Sholapur and Goa. He will be reporting to Himanshu Shekhar, Business Head (North and West).

On Bijlani’s appointment, Himanshu Shekhar, Business Head (North and West), Big FM, said, “Sailesh, with his tremendous experience in the media industry, is sure to add great value to our organisation. I am confident that under his guidance the team will further our endeavour to offer un-paralleled entertainment while strengthening our leadership in the markets of Maharashtra and Goa.”

Bijlani has over 17 years’ experience in media. He is a post-graduate in Marketing from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai. He is said to have begun his media career with Star India, wherein he had direct experience in selling airtime across all STAR channels. After spending 12 years with Star India, he moved on to join INX Media as Vice-President, Ad Sales.
