Bharat Ranga to head Zee’s International Business

Zee Network has decided to induce a change in Bharat Ranga’s role. Till now in-charge of the cinema channels of the group, Ranga has been given the mandate of Zee’s global operations as Head of Zee Entertainment’s International Business. Ranga will continue to be based in Mumbai.

Mohan Gopinath will take over as Deputy Business Head of the cinema channels and report to Punit Goenka, Director, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL).

With this development, the country heads of UK, USA, Asia Pacific, Mauritius and South Africa will report to Ranga. He in turn will report to Pradeep Guha, CEO, ZEEL.

As Business Head of the cinema channels of Zee Network, Ranga was looking after Zee Cinema, Zee Premier, Zee Action and Zee Classic. He joined Zee Telefilms Ltd in March1998.
