Anjana Sharma roped in to head Percept Talent Management

It is known from sources close to the development that Anjana Sharma has been brought in to head Percept Talent Management (PTM). It may be recalled that earlier Shailee Sanghvi, who was the AVP, was elevated to COO, after the exits of CEO Manish Porwal and COO Vinita Bangard. Sharma replaces Porwal though her exact designation could not be ascertained.

Sharma has been consulting in the luxury, lifestyle and SMB space. She has been with Starcom MediaVest Group and was instrumental in the launch of their first ever sector vertical consulting unit, ‘C’, for lifestyle marketing and communications.

Sharma was heading the unit which aimed to provide strategy and counsel to marketers and brands in the lifestyle sector on the process of communicating with an elusive group of customers and build engaging connections with them. Prior to that, she was with Percept Group’s P9 Integrated. So, it’s homecoming of sorts for Sharma.
